facelift before arranging for ongoing maintenance. You will need to decide whether to

A website maintenance plan will contain a commitment for us to make improvements to your
website for a maximum number of hours over a year. For example, your maintenance contract may specify that
we will work on your website for 16 hours per year. This would be sufficient to make regular updates to
your site but would not be sufficient for a major facelift to your website.
Whether it is added functionality, updated content, or a more sophisticated, elegant look and feel that you intend to add to your website in order to enhance your online image,
